Track Your Order

Your parcel leaves our studio 1–2 business days after you order, and arrives within 3–7 business days in total. Here is every way to find out where it is right now — start with the first one.

1. Check your email

The moment your parcel is handed to the courier, we email you a tracking link, and send the same link to your mobile by SMS. Search your inbox for Rahas Studio or for your order number.

This link needs no account and no password, and it names the courier carrying your parcel. It works whether you paid online or chose Cash on Delivery, and whether or not you created an account when you ordered. If it isn't in your inbox, check your promotions and spam folders.

2. Have your tracking number?

If you have your tracking number from the SMS but not the link, go straight to your courier. Your courier is named in your shipping confirmation — we ship with these partners:

Delhivery Carries most of our parcels. Type or paste your tracking number into the box on their page.
Shree Maruti Courier Type or paste your tracking number into the box on their page.
DTDC Type or paste your consignment number into the box on their page.

3. Have an account?

If you created an account, you can see your orders and their tracking at any time. One honest caveat: your orders appear only if you sign in with the same email address you used at checkout. If you ordered as a guest, or with a different address, the list will look empty — use route 1 above instead.

4. Still stuck

Write to us with your order number and we'll look it up and send you the link ourselves. Email support@rahas.in or call +91 90613 68797, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.

Our couriers attempt delivery three times. If all three are missed, the parcel returns to our studio and we'll contact you to rearrange — you don't lose the order. Full details are in our Shipping Policy and FAQ.
