We offer free shipping on all orders across India — for both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. There are no handling charges or hidden fees. All displayed product prices on our store are fully inclusive of GST:
To ensure your order arrives safely, we use trusted national logistics partners. Our delivery timeline is divided into processing time and transit time:
Once your package is handed over to our courier partner, we will automatically send a unique tracking link and identity number to your registered email address and mobile number. You can use this tracking link to check your package's live location and estimated day of delivery in real time.
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to three (3) times. If you are unavailable during all three attempts, the package will safely be returned to our studio. We will get in touch with you via email or phone to arrange a re-delivery.
If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with by the courier service, please take a quick photo and contact our support team immediately at support@rahas.in so we can ship a replacement out to you right away.
