Discretion & Privacy

Will the delivery person know I ordered lingerie?

No. Your order ships inside a plain courier bag carrying only the shipping label. Nothing on the outside shows what's inside or which category it belongs to. Your Rahas box sits within that bag — it's seen only when you open it yourself.

Does the package show what's inside?

No. The outer courier bag carries the standard shipping label and nothing else — no product names, no category, no imagery. Whether it's collected at your door, your gate or an office reception, the parcel gives nothing away.

Is there an invoice inside listing what I bought?

No. We don't place an itemised invoice in the parcel. Your invoice is emailed to you privately. Nothing inside the package lists product names.

What appears on my bank or card statement?

“Rahas Studio” — only our business name. No product category, no item names, nothing that reveals what was purchased.

Can I order without my family knowing?

Yes. Plain courier bag outside, no itemised invoice inside, receipt by email only, and a neutral “Rahas Studio” line on your statement. The only person who knows what you ordered is you.

Do I have to open the package in front of the delivery agent?

No. There's no open-delivery requirement. Accept the parcel and open it whenever you like, in private.

Payment

Can I buy with cash on delivery?

Yes, across India, with no COD fee. Cash on Delivery is completely free — there are no handling charges. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

Do I save anything by paying online?

Yes. Prepaid orders above ₹499 receive 5% off, and shipping is free either way. Paying online also moves your parcel slightly faster, since there's no payment step at delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and wallets via Razorpay, plus Cash on Delivery across India. All online payments are encrypted, and we never store your card details.

Shipping

Is shipping free?

Yes, on every order across India — prepaid and Cash on Delivery alike. No shipping charges, no handling fees, and no minimum order value.

How long does delivery take?

3 to 7 business days. We take 1–2 business days to pack your order and hand it to our courier partner, and transit typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is sent to your registered email and mobile as soon as your parcel leaves our studio. Our couriers attempt delivery three times; if all three are missed, the parcel returns to us and we'll contact you to rearrange.

Sizing

How do I measure my bra size at home?

Measure your under-bust snugly and your bust loosely, keeping the tape level. Step-by-step instructions and every chart are on our Size Guide. Still unsure? WhatsApp your measurements to +91‑9061368797 and we'll tell you which size to order.

Do you carry plus sizes?

Yes. Our Curve & Plus Size collection carries over 300 styles in XXL to 5XL, plus extended band sizes — across bras, panties, nightwear and lingerie sets.

Returns

Can I return an item if the size doesn't fit?

Please use our Size Guide carefully before ordering — we're unable to accept returns for size or fit preference. If we send a different size from the one you ordered, we'll replace it free of charge.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email support@rahas.in within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free courier pickup from your address and send a replacement or refund. There are no restocking fees, and return shipping costs you nothing.

Which items can't be returned?

For health and hygiene reasons: briefs, panties, swim bottoms, shapewear, bodysuits, hosiery, and adhesive products such as stick-on bras. If any of these arrive with a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

How long do refunds take?

7 to 10 business days once your returned item reaches us and passes inspection. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. For COD orders, our team will collect your bank or UPI details and transfer the amount.
