Return and Refund Policy

Our Promise

Every product we send you will match its photographs and description, and will arrive free from manufacturing defects. If it doesn't, we will make it right with a free return pick-up and a full refund or replacement.

15-Day Return & Exchange Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or exchange request on eligible items. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags, hygiene seals, and packaging intact.

Eligible for Return or Exchange (Including Size/Fit)

• Nightwear, nightdresses, babydolls and chemises
• Robes, kimonos and sleep sets
• Saree shapewear, saree silhouettes and petticoats
• Silk and satin slips
• Bras and bralettes sold on their own
• Athleisure, tops and loungewear
• Fashion accessories

Final Sale Items (Hygiene)

For health and hygiene, intimate bottomwear cannot be resold. The following are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange for size, fit, or change of mind:

• Panties, briefs, thongs, boyshorts
• Lingerie sets that include a panty or brief
• Coordinated sets with attached or detachable bottoms
• Bodysuits and shapewear with an intimate contact panel
• Adhesive and stick-on products
• Hosiery, stockings, and socks
• Gift boxes, honeymoon boxes, and bundles containing any of the above

Swimwear

Swimwear may be returned within 15 days only if the hygienic protective strip is fully intact and the item is unworn.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 15 days for a free return pick-up and a full refund or replacement.

• Reverse Pick-up: All returns and exchanges are processed exclusively via our free courier pick-up service. Once your request is approved, our courier partner will collect the item directly from your delivery address.
